SHMS學士學位課程設計遵循三個教學面向：關於全球趨勢、商業戰略和營運領導。三個科系的學生大一、大二修共同課程，半年在校上課，半年進行國際實習。
大三開始主修各科系專業科目，將有更多團體報告和組織宴會的實務經驗。三年制的學士課程獲得英國德比大學（Derby University）認可，畢業同步取得英國、瑞士畢業證書。
SHMS 學士學制：三年完成大學學位，包含一年實習

透過大一課程掌握餐飲管理實務技能，了解相關餐旅服務所需的高標準及實用資訊，課程規劃從餐飲相關知識、管理理論、成本會計、實務操作，引領學生進入世界級餐旅休閒的領域。

大一下學期（4 – 6個月海外實習）
大一下學期將迎來第一份專業實習，投身餐旅休閒業界頂尖知名公司，親身體驗職場實務，這段實習期間對於未來學習路程有著至關重要的作用，並累積國際工作經驗。
實習參考工作：

- In-room dining service – Fairmont Le Montreux Palace
- Banquet service intern – Intercontinental Group
- Guest service – Novotel Hong Kong
- Spa and wellness front officce – Six Senses
| 下學期(實習) 地點：瑞士境內或其他國家 住宿：雇主提供或自行租賃 薪資：2,212 ~ 2,450瑞郎 (瑞士政府之保障薪資)，其他國家依雇傭情況 淨得：大約1000 瑞郎 (扣除食宿稅金保險後) |
學生找實習工作歷程
掌握餐旅工作經營技能及學習各部門管理原則，在本學期學生在SHMS擁有豐富產業經驗的教師指導下，學習更多餐旅管理學術理論跟實務技巧。

大二下第二次專業實習讓學生承擔更多工作責任，將課堂所學管理技能應用於國際餐旅職場中。累積更多海外工作經驗並累積人脈，對於未來畢業後求職更有幫助。

This three-year program is awarded with a bachelor’s degree by the University of Derby (UK) and Swiss Hotel Management School.

- 若只申請2年課程，可獲得Swiss Diploma in Hotel Operational Management
- 若只完成3年上學期（2.5年），可獲得Swiss Higher Diploma in chosen Specializations
- 若完成3年上下學期，除可獲得瑞士大學學士學位與英國Derby大學學士學位外，並可獲得備註2之高級文憑
